Human-centered commitment

Illumine-AI and Illumine Minds support human-centered AI augmentation. AI tools and agents are designed to assist people, not replace human judgment, professional oversight, ethical responsibility, or accountability.

AI limitations

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and can make mistakes. Prompts, generated content, recommendations, summaries, and agent actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, unexpected, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Outputs should never be treated as automatically correct.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, supervising, and approving AI outputs and actions before you rely on, publish, share, send, or deploy them. You are also responsible for deciding whether an AI tool, prompt, workflow, or agent is appropriate for your intended use.

Agent safeguards and oversight

Before connecting or deploying an AI agent, you are responsible for setting appropriate permissions, limiting access, protecting credentials, testing behavior, monitoring activity, maintaining human approval where needed, and stopping the agent if it behaves unexpectedly. Do not give an agent more access or authority than it needs.

No guarantee of autonomous behavior

Illumine-AI cannot guarantee that an AI system, agent, integration, or third-party model will always follow instructions, remain available, produce a particular result, or operate without error. AI systems may misunderstand a prompt, act unpredictably, or be affected by changes made by outside providers.

Sensitive and regulated information

Do not enter confidential, personal, student, health, financial, legal, employment, or other protected information into an AI system unless you have authority to use it and an approved secure process. You are responsible for following applicable privacy, security, recordkeeping, and organizational requirements.

No professional advice

AI output and Illumine-AI materials are provided for general educational and operational purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, mental health, cybersecurity, educational compliance, or other licensed professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires specialized judgment.

Third-party services

AI models, platforms, integrations, websites, and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, availability, and limitations. Illumine-AI and Illumine Minds do not control and are not responsible for changes, interruptions, outputs, or actions of third-party services.

Assumption of responsibility

Your use of prompts, agents, downloads, training materials, recommendations, and connected systems is voluntary. You accept responsibility for how you configure, supervise, interpret, and use them, including decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated output.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all prompts, materials, AI systems, agent designs, training, and related services are provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance. Crystal Beverly, Illumine-AI, Illumine Minds, and their representatives are not liable for losses, damages, claims, costs, or consequences arising from use, misuse, reliance on outputs, unauthorized actions, data exposure, third-party services, or unexpected agent behavior.
